Ongoing Fitness Yoga Classes MON,TUE and FRI

Check the diary for details but all classes at the venues continue throughout the year unless stated. Mondays at 9.30 am at Springwood Community, Tuesdays 6-7 pm at the Sacred Heart and Fridays 9.30 am at the Bedhampton Social Hall. Please bell me or text me to confirm and reserve place or if you have any questions.
